Synopsis: [Edison Films, 15 March 1898, page 18] This film shows a man, disguised as a monkey, performing various acrobatic feats on two perpendicular ropes. The disguise is perfect and the representation very clever. The feats performed are more or less difficult and there is action from beginning to end. The acrobat is well in the foreground and as a consequence shows up life size. The background is white, which tends to make the psuedo monkey stand out more sharply.
