Hollister. / Released 16 October 1911. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / The production was shot in County Kerry, Ireland, United Kingdom, sometime during the Kalem crew’s second production trip to Ireland from 10 June through 27 September 1911. The film was released in the United Kingdom on 10 December 1911. The film was rereleased in the USA on 16 March 1914, without main title credits for Olcott and Gauntier, who no longer worked for Kalem. The film was restored in 2001 by the National Archives of Canada from a 28mm reduction print acquired in 1972 by Graphic Consultants, Limited, from barn storage in North Bay, Ontario, Canada. The play was previously filmed as The Colleen Bawn (1911). The play was subsequently filmed as The Colleen Bawn (1911).

Survival status: Prints exist in the National Archives of Canada [35mm restoration negative, 35mm restoration positives, 28mm reduction positive (five-reel reduction print version of the 1914 rerelease version)]; and in the George Eastman Museum film archive [incomplete 35mm positive (one reel only)].
