Released 1 March 1918. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / The film was rereleased in the USA in six reels (as Ashes of Desire) on State Rights basis by Wilk and Wilk in mid-1920; through revised intertitles and editing the dramatic location was changed to the Malaysian coast, and the film was presented by Frank J. Smith.
