National Association of the Deaf production. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / Veditz was the seventh president of the National Association of the Deaf. The original film was not captioned, but the prints prepared in later years by the Gallaudet College (for deaf students) has titles for non-signing viewers. The film was entered in the National Film Registry in 2010.

Educational.

Synopsis: Veditz signs an appeal to the deaf community for donate funds so the association may continue to produce sign language films for deaf audiences.

Survival status: Print exists [16mm reduction positive].
