The film was released in the USA by American Mutoscope & Biograph Company; © 19 August 1905 in the USA by American Mutoscope & Biograph Company. The Library of Congress paper print is believed to have been duped from a print of the original version.

Synopsis: A gypsy kidnaps an infant and the family collie helps locate and rescue the child.
