Rivoli Theatre was a first-run house. The theatre was acquired by Biddle Realty Corporation, which was controlled by Famous Players-Lasky Corporation circa 1922. Biddle Realty Corporation officers were Felix E. Kahn, president (circa 1922), Lawrence A. Walsh, treasurer (circa 1922) and Norman Collyer, secretary (circa 1922), with board of directors John C. Flinn (circa 1922), Felix E. Kahn (circa 1922), Hugo Riesenfeld (circa 1922) and Lawrence A. Walsh (circa 1922). The theatre was operated (circa 1922) by Rialto Theater Corporation, which had the same officers and directors.
