Collectors should note that, although released on home by Grapevine Video as the Italian production Christus (1916), this film has been identified as the French film La vie et la passion de Notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ (1914), the Pathé Frères remake of their film La Vie et la passion de Notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ (1906).
