This DVD edition has been mastered from 4K high-resolution scans of archival 35mm preservation prints held by the Library of Congress film archive. Most of the source prints are very-good to excellent: a couple show signs of beginning nitrate decomposition, with Call Again about 5 percent affected by severe decomposition. Digital restoration has been performed on the scans to stabilize and clean-up the image.

The film is accompanied by music scores composed and performed by Ben Model on virtual theatre pipe organ and piano.

Supplemental material is the featurette “Edward Everett Horton: Silent Clown?” written and presented by Steve Massa (9 minutes).

This is the only home video edition of these films and it is enthusiastically recommended.
